Stop Guessing and Set Up Your Rig with a Clear Plan

Nail That Tone turns the song and gear information you enter into a finished custom blueprint you can follow immediately.

Choose the Right Starting Tone

Get the closest practical amp, pickup, gain, EQ, and effect approach for the exact song you choose.

Use the Gear You Already Own

The blueprint works from your guitar, pickups, amplifier, modeler, pedals, built-in effects, and playing setup.

Get Exact Starting Settings

Receive clear starting values for your guitar controls, amplifier settings, effects, signal chain, and playing volume.

Handle Songs with Several Tones

Get separate rhythm, lead, clean, or whole-song presets when one setting cannot cover the entire song.

Fix What Sounds Wrong

Use exact troubleshooting corrections for mud, fizz, weak sustain, excessive gain, noise, thin tone, or poor mix clarity.

Save the Result

Screenshot the Quick-Start Tone Card and final save card so you can return to the settings later.

The Old Way Makes Tone Matching Harder Than It Needs to Be

The Forum-Search Method

You search Reddit, YouTube comments, gear forums, interviews, and old equipment lists.

One person says to use more gain.

Another says less.

Someone recommends an amplifier you do not own.

Someone else argues about the original recording gear.

You end up with more opinions than answers.

The Expensive-Gear Method

You start believing the only answer is another guitar, new pickups, more pedals, a different amplifier, or a complete artist-style rig.

That can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars and still may not solve the actual problem.

The Random-Knob Method

You turn controls until something sounds close.

Then one adjustment ruins it.

Because you do not know what each setting is fixing, you cannot repeat the result later.

A Better Starting Point

Enter the gear you already own.

Nail That Tone creates a completed blueprint with:

  • Pickup and guitar-control settings
  • Amp or modeler selection
  • Signal-chain order
  • Exact starting values
  • Alternate presets where needed
  • Calibration steps
  • Troubleshooting corrections
  • A final save card

You still make the final small adjustment for your room and playing style, but you no longer begin from zero.

Built from Real Guitar Setup and Repair Experience

I am John Cooper, owner of Cooper’s Guitar Setup & Repair.

I work directly with guitars, pickups, electronics, string gauges, tuning changes, setup measurements, hardware, and the problems players run into when their instruments do not sound or feel right.

I built Nail That Tone around one practical question:

“What can this player realistically do with the equipment already in front of them?”

This product does not promise to turn a basic practice rig into the exact studio equipment used on a famous recording.

It gives you a practical, customized plan for getting as close as your current gear reasonably allows.

Standard vs. Pro

Standard is the right starting point for almost everyone: it gives you the full blueprint for the gear you already own. Pro is the upgrade for players who record, run a modeler or plugins, or want studio-level control over gain staging, mics and mixes. Pro is bought after Standard and uses the same blueprint credits.

Nail That Tone Is for You If…

  • You know the song tone you want but do not know how to reproduce it.
  • You own a modeling amp, traditional amp, plugin, pedalboard, or practice rig.
  • You are tired of settings that recommend equipment you do not own.
  • You want exact starting values instead of vague advice.
  • You want separate rhythm, lead, clean, or whole-song presets.
  • You understand that your current gear may create a close practical version rather than an exact studio copy.

This Is Not the Right Product If…

  • You expect a basic guitar and practice amp to become the exact original studio rig.
  • You want a live private consultation or someone to operate your equipment for you.
  • You want to resell, publish, or distribute the blueprints you generate.
  • You want permission to share, resell, publish, or distribute the generated blueprints.

The 30-Day Nail That Tone Blueprint Guarantee

Complete the form, generate your blueprint, and follow the instructions it provides.

If Nail That Tone does not produce a customized tone blueprint based on the song and equipment information you entered, contact us within 30 days.

To request help under the guarantee, provide:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The song and equipment information you entered
  • The blueprint the generator produced
  • A brief explanation of what did not work

We will review the result and provide one reasonable correction attempt.

If the corrected process still does not produce the promised customized tone blueprint, we will refund the original purchase price.

This guarantee covers whether the product produces the promised customized asset.

It does not cover:

  • Changing your mind after accessing and copying the digital product
  • Demanding an exact studio reproduction beyond your equipment’s capabilities
  • Substantially changing or ignoring the supplied settings and calibration steps
  • Problems caused by unsupported third-party AI services
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

Accidental duplicate charges will be reviewed and refunded separately when verified.

Why Is It Only $27?

Because this is not a private consultation.

You are not paying for a scheduled call, live audio review, remote rig setup, repeated personal revisions, or hands-on guitar service.

The guided system collects your information and generates your complete blueprint inside the app.

That keeps delivery fast and the price low.

You do the final setup on your own equipment using the instructions provided.

A service where someone personally inspects your rig, listens to recordings, revises settings repeatedly, and walks you through the process would cost considerably more.

Nail That Tone gives you the structured system and finished starting blueprint without the private-consultation price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for one song?

No. Your $27 purchase is one-time and includes 10 complete tone blueprints generated inside the app. Credits never expire, and 10 more cost $17 whenever you need them.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Nail That Tone is a one-time $27 purchase with no subscription. Each blueprint uses one of your 10 included credits — a whole-song blueprint still counts as one credit — and 10 more credits cost $17 whenever you want them.

Do I need expensive equipment?

No. The product is designed to work from the guitar, amp, modeler, pedals, and built-in effects you already own. When your equipment cannot reproduce part of the original sound closely, the blueprint explains that limitation and gives the best practical no-purchase workaround first.

Do I need to understand amplifiers and effects?

No. You should be able to identify the basic equipment you own. You may enter “unknown” when you do not know a technical detail — the generator works with what you give it.

Does this guarantee the exact studio tone?

No. Recorded guitar sounds may include several guitars, loud tube amplifiers, cabinets, microphones, studio EQ, compression, editing, and mastering. Nail That Tone creates the closest practical version using your setup. It does not claim to produce a scientifically exact copy of the finished recording.

What happens when a song uses several different tones?

The system identifies that and gives you simple choices. You can choose the main tone, rhythm and lead tones, or a whole-song blueprint with separate settings for different sections. You do not need to know exact timestamps.

Do I need a ChatGPT or other AI account?

No. Everything is generated inside Cooper’s Guitar Hub. There is nothing to install and no separate AI account or subscription to buy.

Will this work with modeling amps and apps?

Yes. You can enter Spark, Boss Katana, Fender Mustang, Line 6, plugins, pedalboards, or traditional amplifiers. Results depend on the accuracy of the equipment and control information you provide.

Is this a course?

No. You are buying a tone blueprint generator that produces finished custom settings. It is not a general guitar-tone course.

Can I share my blueprints or account access?

No. Your purchase provides a personal-use license for one buyer. You may use it for your own songs and equipment, but you may not share, resell, publish, distribute, or use the product to create paid results for other people.

What if a blueprint is not useful?

Send us the blueprint link and what went wrong. We will provide one reasonable correction attempt. If the corrected blueprint still does not deliver customized settings for your song and gear, the purchase may qualify for a refund under the written 30-day Blueprint Guarantee.
